📋 Description

• Lead the Fraud Investigations Team to safeguard Aircover.
• Oversee end-to-end fraud investigations and containment.
• Collaborate with Trust, Safety, Legal, CS, Product teams.
• Set goals, plan strategy, and report to senior management.
• Build team capabilities and coach for high performance.
• Identify risk gaps and drive improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in risk management in tech/global orgs.
• 2+ years in people management; coaching high performers.
• Fraud investigations experience; fintech/insurance a plus.
• Strong metrics-based performance mgmt and coaching.
• Excellent communication; explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage end-to-end people strategy with independence.
