Supervisor, Fulfillment Center - Materials Management - Split Shift

📋 Description

• Approve timecards, scheduling, reviews; mentor direct reports
• Implement logistics and inventory practices; kitting & work orders
• Support and maintain inventory metric goals
• Conduct safety walkthroughs; address safety issues
• Coordinate with Shipping, Receiving, QC, Planning & Purchasing
• Lead area audits and operational compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's + 2+ yrs in materials management; or 6+ yrs exp
• APICS CPIM; APICS CSCP; Lean/6-Sigma preferred
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced cross-functional environment
• Experience in aerospace/aviation/automotive manufacturing
