Supervisor, Fulfillment Operations, Kitting - Day Shift

📋 Description

• Own the kitting line day-to-day: staffing, sequencing, quality checks.
• Lead a team of warehouse associates on kitting and value-added services.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and throughput on the line.
• Develop and refine kitting SOPs for changing volumes and product mix.
• Collaborate with fulfillment leadership to align with FC goals.
• Provide backup leadership across other operations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading people; 3+ yrs in warehouse/fulfillment.
• Kitting/assembly line experience; capable of sequencing and balancing workloads.
• Proficient with WMS or ERP systems to track inventory and staffing.
• Data-driven problem solver; diagnose throughput/quality issues with data.
• Ability to write and implement SOPs for assembly workflows.
• Safety-focused with a track record on fast-moving lines.
