📋 Description

• Run your area of the floor day-to-day across the weekend shift: staffing, sequencing, and quality
• Get operationally competent and self-sufficient fast, so you're running the shift with credibility
• Own attendance and reliability on your shift, setting the standard by being present and holding a
• Spot process gaps early and bring solutions, refining SOPs so the operation stays consistent as
• Monitor output and accuracy metrics, and fix root causes when either one slips.
• Own and document employee-relations issues on your team in true partnership with HR, working them

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing people, with 3+ years specifically in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing
• Directly ran or supervised a fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing operation.
• Staff the floor, balance workloads, and keep product moving without sacrificing accuracy.
• Lead from the floor and know your team, numbers, and what's happening in your area at any moment.
• Handle real employee-relations issues and document performance and conduct clearly, working with HR
• Build engagement and morale on the shift, develop associates, and create career paths.
