📋 Description

• Supervise, coach, and develop Sample Management employees
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports
• Complete performance management activities (goal setting, mid-year, year-end)
• Address employee concerns, attendance, performance deficiencies
• Oversee onboarding and provide training/mentoring
• Interview and support hiring

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of sample management processes and TALS
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Advanced knowledge of laboratory sample management processes, sample lifecycle requirements, and
