Lead reliability technicians in root-cause analysis of electrical systems and PCBAs.
Drive root-cause findings into improvements with manufacturing and design teams.
Own day-to-day operations of the production root-cause lab: scheduling, 5S, planning.
Develop and implement new processes and tools to improve root-cause analysis.
Prioritize work across shifts and communicate findings to production stakeholders.
Define and track team metrics and identify development opportunities aligned with Starlink goals.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of quality or reliability experience in manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace engineering, or related field.
Experience root-causing electrical systems and PCBAs.
Experience training and mentoring technicians or junior engineers.
Strong communication and data-driven analysis across teams.
