Supervisor, Heatshield Materials Management (Starship)

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day materials management for Starship heatshield team.
• Oversee receipt, distribution, and issue of critical materials.
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Receiving, QA, Transportation, Planning, Purchasing.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and promote safety policies.
• Mentor and supervise the Materials Management teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree + 2+ years in materials, supply chain, or manufacturing; or 4+ years in lieu.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Lean/6-Sigma experience (Green/Black Belt) preferred.
• Aerospace, aviation, or automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Hazmat cert and strong communication; knowledge of 49 CFR / IATA.
• Must be able to work all shifts and perform physical tasks.
