Supervisor, Integration

📋 Description

• Direct daily shift activities for a team of integration technicians
• Facilitate effective shift handoffs between 1st and 2nd shifts
• Train, mentor, onboard, and develop integration technicians
• Manage workforce allocation, schedule balancing, and technician time tracking
• Supervise hands-on integration of flight hardware
• Ensure strict adherence to engineering work instructions and quality specifications

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace integration, mechanical assembly, or high-reliability
• 2+ years of direct experience leading, coordinating, or supervising technicians
• Ability to read engineering assembly drawings, electrical schematics, harness routing layouts, and
• Hands-on proficiency with precision measuring equipment, torque tools, pneumatic/fluid lines, and
• Strong understanding of workplace safety, ESD containment, and aerospace quality management
