Supervisor, Laboratory Quality Control

📋 Description

• Supervise daily QC lab operations ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Schedule support; participate in Tier 1 meetings to review shift productivity.
• Ensure data, raw data, and results are documented accurately and on time.
• Use laboratory systems such as LIMS, Sample Manager, and Empower effectively.
• Review and interpret test results.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in science or equivalent (Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology preferred)
• 2-5 years laboratory experience
• 2-5 years supervisory experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Problem solving and data interpretation
• Ability to identify and implement corrective actions with supervision
