Lead technicians to fabricate, build, and deploy Starlink factory equipment.
Collaborate with Dev/Ops and automation teams to hit deployment milestones.
Manage tooling, testing equipment, and infrastructure for engineering projects.
Manage parts inventory and drive targets for standard factory assets.
Provide mentorship and safety training to technicians; assist with design and strategies.
Provide technical support and feedback on tooling, fabrication, testing, and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree + 2+ yrs machining/production; OR 5+ yrs in lieu of degree.
2+ yrs managing a team or leading projects.
CNC programming knowledge; conventional machining; QA procedures.
Welding, fabrication, and precision assembly experience.
Electrical theory, power distribution, pneumatics; schematics familiarity; NFPA/UL knowledge.
Willing to work extended hours; stand long periods; lift 30 lbs; travel up to 20%.
