📋 Description

• Lead a Machining & Fabrication team for Starlink hardware.
• Oversee fabrication, assembly, and automation support.
• Collaborate with engineering to hit factory milestones.
• Manage tooling, testing equipment, and production assets.
• Mentor technicians; drive safety training and standards.
• Report project status and critical path items to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years leading machining/manufacturing.
• Or 5+ years in machining/manufacturing in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years managing a team or leading projects.
• CNC programming knowledge.
• Welding, fabrication, and precision assembly experience.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends.
