📋 Description

• Lead manufacturing team for autologous/allogeneic cell therapy per cGMP.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure timely manufacturing and disposition.
• Oversee manufacturing processes including engineering runs and PPQ/APS.
• Ensure R&D and GMP processes follow SOPs and protocols.
• Maintain on-floor performance and aseptic technique compliance.
• Train and mentor new manufacturing associates; manage training status.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in cGMP biotech/biopharma ops; 3+ years in leadership.
• Direct experience with FDA/regulatory interactions.
• Proven GMP manufacturing operations and on-time delivery.
• Manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting; give direction.
• Build cohesive, high-performing teams with mentoring.
• Lean Ops experience; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills.
