🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory exp in a fast-paced, metrics-driven env with KPIs
Minimum 5 years as an individual contributor in retail/pharmacy/healthcare/PBM
Experience coaching employees and partnering with HR on employee relations
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
