Supervisor, Precision Machining - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of Technicians, Quality Specialists, and Machinists
• Provide technical guidance and unblock challenging machining issues
• Meet demand requirements to our customers, forecast potential capacity deficiencies, and remove
• Manage and optimize machine/labor configuration to meet customer demand
• Regularly drive improvements with operations to improve manufacturability, cycle times, cost, and
• Manage schedules, timecards, and direct report performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a machine shop setting
• Experience troubleshooting machined components
