• Oversee day-to-day operations within a production area or shift, ensuring quality, accuracy, and
• Assign work, schedule resources, and monitor workflow to meet production commitments and
• Provide hands-on support to team members, stepping in to resolve issues related to equipment
• Coach and guide production staff, supporting skill development and reinforcing safe work practices
• Interview and provide input into hiring decisions; participate in onboarding and training of new
• Provide performance feedback and input into the company’s performance management process
