Supervisor - Program Management

📋 Description

• Oversee daily program activities in accordance with contractual scopes of work, established
• Supervise and coordinate the work of approximately 1–20 direct reports; establish priorities
• Develop and monitor program metrics, service-level agreements (SLAs), quality indicators, and
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing, employee evaluations, onboarding, and ongoing training
• Develop and update training materials, project-specific procedures, and workflow documentation
• Investigate and resolve complex cases, escalated concerns, and unresolved operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmacy, or
• At least three years of experience in pharmacy and/or medical benefit verification, prior
• Demonstrated customer service experience, with call center experience considered an advantage.
• Proven ability to supervise employees, establish priorities, manage performance, resolve
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience monitoring performance metrics
