Supervisor QC Reagent

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing and testing of reagents in a CLIA/CAP/ISO13485 setting.
• Supervise the Reagent QC team; ensure SOP adherence, safety, and timely quality work.
• Lead workflow improvements, troubleshooting, and development of new procedures.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and performance reviews for new hires.
• Coordinate planning to meet Turnaround Time (TAT) goals; support audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with mgmt and cross-functional teams; ensure HIPAA/PHI privacy training.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ yrs exp if CLS/MLS; 4.5+ yrs if BS/BA in Biological Sciences.
• Relevant molecular biology and/or cell culture lab experience strongly preferred.
• Experience writing SOPs and QC documentation preferred.
• CA site: CLS or CGMBS license; TX site: MT/MTS/CLS certification.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, CLIA, CAP; QC methods, QA, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
