Supervisor, QC (Swing Shift)

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple Quality Control laboratory teams and
• Assign work, establish priorities, train and mentor staff, support recruiting and succession
• Develop and implement mid-term capacity, cross-training, and resource-allocation strategies that
• Oversee analytical testing of chemical products and oligonucleotides using high-performance liquid
• Review analytical results against specifications and customer requirements and support
• Oversee investigations, deviation support, risk assessments, technical decisions, and summary

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry
• Hands-on laboratory experience in a regulated Quality Control environment with demonstrated ability
• Working knowledge of analytical testing for chemical products and oligonucleotides
• Proficiency operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting relevant laboratory equipment, including
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Documentation Practice, and
• Ability to review analytical results against specifications and customer requirements and support
