Supervisor, R&D Sample Management

📋 Description

• Direct the daily staffing, scheduling, and operational setup for the Sample Management team
• Take ownership as the primary operational lead for clinical study and trial sample management
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing compound shipments with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
• Manage the receipt, registration, storage, and inventory of samples for R&D and clinical
• Maintain precise sample records in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and
• Take ownership of training for the Sample Management team, rigorously monitoring the progress of

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a scientific discipline
• At least 4 years of hands-on laboratory experience in an industry setting
• Experience working in clinical study or trial sample management is a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of GxP and ICH requirements and best practices
• Basic knowledge of LIMS and database query tools, with Microsoft Excel and SQL experience preferred
• Ability to think analytically, testing assumptions with data to troubleshoot and solve complex
