🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 3-5 years supervisory experience.
Ability to review KPIs and set operational goals.
Identify/resolve roadblocks; anticipate problems.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
Auto auction operations knowledge.
Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio.
