📋 Description

  • Provide operational oversight for timely and accurate scheduling of participant appointments.
  • Troubleshoot urgent scheduling issues; serve as contact for escalations.
  • Ensure quality assurance by reviewing scheduling data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Supervise Scheduling Specialists and Onsite Scheduler; coach and mentor staff.
  • Monitor team productivity and adherence to scheduling policies and performance standards.
  • Ensure professional, timely, empathetic communication with participants, families, providers, and team members.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s in healthcare administration or operations preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling or operations.
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role with mentoring/development preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year with EMR and scheduling/communication platforms.
  • Experience leading in a data-driven organization using reports to manage people/projects.
  • Strong leadership with ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
