🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; healthcare admin/ops degree preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare scheduling or operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role with mentoring experience preferred.
• 1+ year EMR and scheduling/communication platform experience required.
• Experience leading in data-driven orgs with reports to manage people/projects.
• Strong leadership skills to coach, motivate, and develop teams.
