Supervisor, Security

📋 Description

• This position requires a high degree of diplomacy, flexibility and adaptability
• Oversee security programs, protocols and policies; ensure safety of on-site employees
• Supervise and mentor security personnel; deliver performance reviews and training programs
• Technical knowledge of IP-based security systems (access control, intrusion, cameras)
• Analyze situations, make quick decisions and formulate action plans
• Adapt procedures to maintain security posture in a fast-paced industrial environment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 6+ years combined security experience (military, law enforcement, corporate security)
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree or related experience and training
• Active US Security Clearance or ability to obtain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
