Supervisor, Security

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of the onsite security team to keep facilities and employees safe
• Handle administrative duties and attend meetings in the absence of Security senior leadership
• Facilitate the duties of security officers and ensure security requirements are met
• Work with vendors and internal staff to ensure all security equipment is operational
• Oversee security programs, protocols, and policies at the direction of Security senior leadership
• Supervise and mentor security personnel, including performance reviews and training recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 6+ years of combined experience in one or more of: US military, sworn law enforcement, overseas
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or combination of relevant experience, education, and training
• Active or ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (preferred)
• Familiarity with Department of Homeland Security C-FATS and NISPOM (preferred)
