📋 Description

• Report to the SPOC Manager; maintain diplomacy, flexibility, adaptability.
• Oversee security programs, protocols, policies; ensure tasks completed.
• Supervise/mentor staff; conduct performance reviews; identify training.
• Deep knowledge of SPOC tools (Everbridge, Dataminr, Ontic); admin duties.
• Analyze situations; make quick decisions; formulate action plans.
• Communicate with senior management to set security priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years in related security disciplines.
• 4+ yrs in SOC; 4+ yrs in security officer/military/law enforcement.
• 2+ yrs in the SPOC.
• 3+ yrs in supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
