Supervisor, Spaceport Operations (Transportation)

📋 Description

• Oversee the full portfolio of transportation programs: off-site shuttles (vans and charter buses)
• Drive process improvements and optimize routes for the most efficient and safest transportation
• Act as primary point of contact for parking and transportation facilities; perform strategic
• Enforce proper safety practices and support high-volume, complex multidisciplinary operations
• Train staff on customer service, problem resolution, and safety; ensure the team is current with
• Oversee communication of systems/service changes to stakeholders via email, newsletter

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of leadership experience in transportation program management, hospitality, or other
• Comfortable working in a high-stress environment and balancing several projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong time management and organizational skills
