Supervisor, Starship Heatshield - Night Shift

📋 Description

• Supervise shop floor activity including daily schedules and workflow
• Lead a staff of ~20 technicians and manage performance
• Improve process efficiency, utilization and productivity
• Review work instructions and recommend changes to engineering
• Identify training needs and develop training programs
• Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years in a leadership position
• 4+ years in manufacturing, production, operations, or project management
• Experience applying lean principles, Kaizen and Six Sigma
• 10+ years in final assembly and production in aerospace manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (preferred)
