Supervisor, Structures Technician - Second Shift

📋 Description

• Execute production schedules for all structural assemblies
• Establish process standards and ensure quality
• Mentor technicians with feedback and regular 1:1s
• Report progress to management; blockers with proposed solutions
• Lead hiring to grow the Terran R production team
• Foster a culture of honesty, transparency, and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years aerospace manufacturing leadership (supervisor+)
• 3+ years structural assembly: drilling, hilok installation, bonding
• 3+ years rigging/crane ops; lift director capable
• Experience with cross-functional teams: ME, quality, production control
• Self-starter with ownership of production areas
• Track record scaling work centers & production processes
