📋 Description

• Lead the R&D Subscale Build Team (5+ technicians)
• Scale and stabilize internal electrode process outputs
• Collaborate with R&D, materials, and process engineering
• Drive lean manufacturing process improvements
• Prioritize safety and quality in production
• Support internal customers with demand planning

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in an R&D assembly or manufacturing environment
• 2+ years in people management
• Experience leading teams through change
• Resource management and cross-functional coordination
• Fluent with digital tools and ticketing systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
