Supervisor Technical Program Manager (IST)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end program execution across regions
• Coordinate across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and quality
• Oversee multiple programs and provide status updates
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
• Drive continuous improvements in TPM processes and tools
• On-site in Bengaluru, report to the Program Management Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 7+ years in tech PM in fast-paced manufacturing
• Experience with NPD and Mass Manufacturing
• Must-have CNC Machining experience
• Knowledge of PPAP and SCM
• Data-driven, systems thinker with strong communication
