🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics
• 7+ years of experience in flat panel display, electronics manufacturing, process engineering, or
• Strong technical knowledge of chip-on-board (COB), chip-on-flex (COF), advanced substrates, and
• Proven experience improving supplier processes and coordinating collaboration between design teams
• Experience conducting supplier assessments, root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable
