Supplier Development Engineer, Manufacturing (Falcon & Dragon)

📋 Description

• Act as the technical point of contact for assigned parts at suppliers
• Resolve root causes, drive actions to closure, re-source as needed
• Create/disposition tickets for rework, repair or use-as-is
• Become primary contact for supply chain defects on your parts
• Conduct DFM reviews to ensure manufacturability early
• Drive PPAP to stabilize supply and reduce inspections

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing/inspection of mechanical products
• Hands-on machining operations (milling, turning)
• Interpreting drawings and applying GD&T
• Travel up to 40-50% and onsite in Hawthorne, CA
• Valid driver's license
