Supplier Enablement Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct proactive outbound phone and email outreach to suppliers assigned to payment conversion
• Explain approved electronic payment options, including commercial card and ACH
• Communicate business customer payment strategies and operating guidelines to suppliers
• Manage supplier follow-ups to move through enrollment, closure, or formal handoff
• Support campaign objectives by encouraging supplier adoption of electronic payments
• Review supplier records and verify contact and payment details

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in client service, sales, operations, financial services, or payments
• At least 2 years of direct supplier enablement experience supporting electronic payment adoption
• Professional outbound calling or sales experience
• Experience with supplier onboarding, business payments, commercial cards, or ACH preferred
• Banking, payments, or fintech experience a plus
• Moderate Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas, filtering, sorting, formatting)
