Supplier selection and development to meet delivery, quality, cost and capacity requirements
Identify critical process and acceptance reviews; define and control input parameters; implement
Troubleshoot complex issues to avoid supply chain impact
Drive corrections for supplier processes including root cause analysis and preventive actions
Deliver key results: pFMEA, special process validations, FAI, Cpk studies, capacity studies
Collaborate closely with design, production and project teams to support new product launches

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
Master's degree preferred
2+ years in process/product development engineering, supplier development, or related field
Excellent project management skills
Strong problem solving skills
Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
