Supplier Outreach Associate

📋 Description

• Conduct daily outreach to suppliers (approximately 150 calls per day) to verify product
• Ensure that supplier information is accurate and up-to-date in our internal systems.
• Collect and confirm details required by your team/sr.associates to prepare accurate quotes/orders
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers to facilitate efficient
• Work closely with the estimation and procurement teams to relay supplier information and support
• Accurately record call notes, supplier responses, and other pertinent information in our systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, procurement, or a related field (internships included).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
• Meticulous in verifying information and ensuring data accuracy.
• Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• College coursework in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success.
