📋 Description

• Member of Global Category Sourcing team
• Define global Sourcing Strategy and design the global Supplier Network
• Regional implementation and execution of Global Sourcing Strategy and Supply Network redesign
• End-to-end supplier performance including capabilities, capacity, financial health, and compliance
• Deliver improvements in Quality, On-Time & In-Full, NPD launches, and Compliance
• Build, sustain assigned supply network and manage supply risks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in procurement or supplier management at an MNC with intl exposure
• Energetic and passionate to get the job done
• Internal impact: builds network with Global Consumer Insight, Supply Chain, and Commercial Markets
• External impact: influence senior leaders at manufacturers and suppliers
• Strong negotiator, drive to push concrete actions
• Execution: deliver procurement goals and resolve issues
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Willing to travel ~30%
