Supplier Performance Manager

📋 Description

• Help shape the global Sourcing Strategy and Supplier Network for your category, and lead its
• Own supplier performance end to end, covering quality, On Time & In Full, new launches
• Scout, assess and onboard new suppliers, manage ethical exits, and make sure contracts and
• Lead business reviews, scorecards and Supplier Account Plans for your suppliers, delivering
• Lead supplier selection and negotiation for new projects, support Design to Value and Manufacturing

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of procurement or supplier management experience at a multinational company, with
• A Master's degree, ideally in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or Business Management.
• Strong analytical skills, using advanced analytics to improve sourcing decisions and deliver
• Fluent spoken and written English, and willingness to travel around 30% of the time.
