Supplier Program Manager

📋 Description

• Evaluate, negotiate, and close critical sub-contracts with Loft suppliers.
• Manage contract changes and change control throughout the lifecycle.
• Review contracts for technical, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance vs schedule, cost, and quality.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; escalate to Director.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to align contract execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in sub-contract management, ideally space.
• Experience procuring multi-million contracts.
• Draft/negotiate/execute SoW or MSA contracts.
• Excellent organizational/analytical skills; track multiple contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; able to work in an international environment.
