Supplier Program Manager

📋 Description

• Manage sub-contracts with Loft's strategic suppliers.
• Handle contract changes (waivers, addenda, options) and change control.
• Maintain auditable records per company, contract, and export controls.
• Review contracts for tech, quality, and regulatory needs; flag non-conformances.
• Monitor supplier performance against schedule, cost, and quality; report KPI.
• Identify supply chain risks and escalate to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of sub-contract management in aerospace or complex technical programs.
• Experience with procurement of multi-million contracts.
• Hands-on contract lifecycle mgmt: SoW/MSA or milestone-based contracts.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; track multiple contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder mgmt with Eng/Mgmt.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven international environment.
• Strong attention to detail; comfortable with legal and commercial contract language.
• Able to work autonomously while keeping internal stakeholders informed.
• Fluent in English.
