Supplier Quality Assurance Manager

📋 Description

• Define and own Humanoid’s global SQA strategy for high-reliability robotics.
• Build the operating model, governance, KPIs, and review cadence for SQA.
• Lead and develop the SQA team; foster technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Support Engineering, SCM, and Manufacturing with risk assessments and QA leadership.
• Set OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics (PPM, DPPM, SCAR, audits).
• Manage quality across multi-tier suppliers and safety-critical subsystems.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years direct SQA in high-reliability manufacturing (robotics/electronics).
• Proven experience establishing or scaling SQA depts with governance/templates.
• Degree or Masters in International Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, or related.
• Certifications and methods: Lean Sigma; ASQ CQE; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor; IATF 16949 exp.
• Travel approx 10–20% to suppliers and Humanoid sites.
• ERP (SAP S4HANA); Power BI; APQP/PPAP knowledge.
