Coordinate all Quality Engineering functions for the program, leading efforts at supplier locations
Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for new parts and engineering changes
Coordinate dimensional, functional, and material validation testing at supplier sites and internal
Conduct in-depth process audits (manufacturing process, quality system, and layered audits) at

5+ years experience in Product Quality, Supplier Quality, NPI quality, or Manufacturing Quality
Mandatory to have experience with electrical, electromechanical commodities - cable/wire harness
Demonstrated knowledge of quality, reliability, supplier management, statistical analysis (SPC
Hands-on experience across all NPI build phases: proto, EVT, DVT, PVT — or equivalent New Product
Professional working level English (B2 or higher.)
Exceptional program management, communication and teamwork skills.
