Supplier Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain supplier quality agreements and contracts.
• Audit supplier quality systems to verify compliance and drive improvements.
• Review control plans, production plans, and inspection plans for readiness.
• Lead supplier quality investigations and manage SCARs to closure.
• Act as the primary quality interface with suppliers and internal teams.
• Drive supplier development and preventive actions with cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years as an SQE, preferably in semiconductor or related tech.
• Experience with manufacturing processes incl. machining, welding, surface finishing.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
