Supplier Quality Engineer (Electronics)

📋 Description

• Lead supplier preselection and audits to assess capability and compliance.
• Define and communicate technical and quality requirements to suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance via quality, delivery, responsiveness metrics.
• Manage supplier change requests, part approvals, process approvals, and configuration control.
• Lead supplier part qualification for compliant production release.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risks to ensure continuity and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Aerospace) or related field.
• Strong supplier quality mgmt for high-reliability electronics (audits, qualification).
• Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing for high-performance/harsh envs (PCB, harness).
• Experience handling non-conformances, root cause analysis, CAPA.
• Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and technical specs.
• Strong traceability/configuration control and change management.
