📋 Description

• Establish supplier development within Supplier Quality Eng; lead growing team
• Partner with Strategic Procurement on supplier development and cross-functional programs
• Shape an emerging organization with visibility and long-term impact
• Develop supplier improvement roadmaps aligned with procurement priorities
• Lead supplier capability building, Kaizens, and process optimization
• Drive supplier readiness, risk reduction, and make-versus-buy analysis

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Experience in SQE, supplier development, or related engineering roles
• Experience leading supplier qualification and process improvement initiatives
• Partnering with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality
• Strong technical problem solving and project leadership
• Experience leading broad cross-functional initiatives
