Supplier Quality Specialist (Electronics)

📋 Description

• Act as SME for electronic components and assemblies (PCBs, PCBAs, motors).
• Guide on IPC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support design reviews (DFMEA, PFMEA) to ensure quality.
• Advise internal teams and suppliers on electronics QA best practices.
• Use structured problem-solving (8D/DMAIC, A3) for root cause analysis.
• Lead PPAP process and validate its elements (PSW, control plans, MSA).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Electronics Eng.
• Strong experience with PCBs/PCBAs and IPC standards.
• Proven track record solving complex electronic supplier quality issues.
• Hands-on PPAP management and approval.
• Deep knowledge PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC; IPC-J-STD-001.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
