  • Serve as SME across Avetta platforms including Connect and Salesforce.
  • Manage advanced supplier inquiries on billing, compliance, audits, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Supplier Services, Risk, Billing, QHSE) to streamline processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of platform changes, service offerings, audits, and compliance.
  • Support onboarding and training of new RTW reps, including mentoring and shadowing.
  • Participate in special projects and pilot programs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3-5 years in supplier support, customer service, or compliance (SaaS/risk mgmt preferred).
  • Expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
  • Certifications in skill-based routing and microlearning (Case Mgmt, audits).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience mentoring or training peers is a plus.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance.
