📋 Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across Avetta platforms including Connect and Salesforce.
  • Resolve advanced supplier inquiries on billing, compliance, audits, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and compliance requirements.
  • Support onboarding and training of new RTW reps, including mentoring and shadowing.
  • Track and meet performance metrics including CSAT, service levels, quality, and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
  • 3-5 years in supplier support, customer service, or compliance operations (SaaS).
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
  • Certification in skill-based routing and modules (Case Management, Country Specific Audits, Supplier Engagement).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance.
