Supplier Resiliency Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and direct supplier assessments for critical suppliers within the maritime industrial base.
• Evaluate supplier performance against key objectives, including first-pass yield and on-time
• Conduct root cause assessments to identify operational and process issues affecting supplier
• Develop, implement, and monitor corrective actions to address identified issues.
• Partner with suppliers to drive continuous process improvement and strengthen long-term resiliency.
• Manage assigned projects throughout the full lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain
• PMP certification is required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience is preferred.
• Strong experience conducting supplier assessments and managing corrective action initiatives.
• Demonstrated knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies and practices.
