  • Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels
  • Resolve complex supplier issues with focus on customer experience and compliance accuracy
  • Verify and process regulatory documents including insurance, safety manuals, OSHA/MSHA records
  • Log all interactions in Salesforce (Service Cloud) and follow up as needed
  • Support billing and subscription inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier needs and improve service
  • Participate in outbound campaigns and annual update verifications
  • Maintain high standards in interaction quality and accuracy
  • Regular and predictable attendance

🎯 Requirements

  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • PC apps and CRM systems experience; Salesforce preferred
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to learn and apply new systems and processes
  • Familiarity with compliance docs and supplier onboarding a plus
  • High tolerance for stress and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication for needed languages
