📋 Description

• Role in New York HQ, 4+ days in office
• Help manage partner/workforce supply for shifts
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Ops
• Use data to drive supply initiatives
• Improve funnel from onboarding to retention
• Scale supply in key markets with cost awareness

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience preferred
• Data-driven with ability to use SQL
• Proficient in Google Sheets and dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with project ownership
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration
